Refund & Credit Policy
Wilmington Beach Academy, LLC maintains the following policies regarding refunds and credits:
Credits
Refunds are not offered.
A credit will be issued instead, which may be applied to any future Wilmington Beach Academy program.
Credits must be used within one (1) year of the original program’s start date. Any unused credit will expire and will not be honored after one year.
Credits are non-transferable and may only be used by the original registrant.
Refund Exception (Medical)
A refund may only be granted if a participant sustains a serious injury prior to the scheduled start date that prevents participation for a minimum of three (3) weeks.
A valid doctor’s note must be provided for verification.
Request Deadline
Refund requests must be submitted before the scheduled start date of the program.

Injury After Program Start
If a participant is injured or becomes unable to continue after the program has begun, no refunds or credits will be issued.
Program Cancellations
Wilmington Beach Academy, LLC reserves the right to cancel any program due to insufficient enrollment or inclement weather.
Scheduling Policy
Wilmington Beach Academy, LLC maintains the following scheduling policies for all appointments, lessons, and training sessions:
Payment
Full payment is due at the time of booking.
Booking Deadline
Appointments must be booked at least two (2) hours prior to the desired start time.
Rescheduling
Clients must reschedule appointments using the link provided in the confirmation email.
Any changes to an appointment must be completed at least two (2) hours prior to the scheduled start time.
Missed Appointments
Missed appointments cannot be rescheduled, credited, or refunded under any circumstances.
