Erik Kirstein - Gina’s Right Hand Man/Co-Owner

Erik is the driving force behind every aspect of Wilmington Beach Academy, handling everything from coaching and clinic organization to equipment management and league organization. His hands-on approach ensures that every detail, from training drills at Adult Clinic to scheduling and league organization, runs smoothly. Amber Breen - Director of Operations and Creative Services

Amber serves as the head of grass volleyball at Wilmington Beach Academy, bringing extensive expertise and passion to the development of players on natural turf. She is recognized as the left hand of WBA, playing a crucial role in the daily operations and strategic growth of the club. Additionally, Amber leads the creative services team, overseeing all branding, marketing, and communication efforts to ensure a consistent and engaging presence for the academy.
